SKORPIOS CHARTER, founded in 1986 as a German-Greek family business by Herbert Lerchl and Joanna Papalexopoulou, is one of the pioneers of yacht charter in the Ionian Sea. Now the time has come for the two owners to step back and hand over the business to a new ownership. From January 2024, the company will have new professional successors. A also German-Greek business partnership that wants to continue the successful course of the company and bring a breath of fresh air to the sails of SKORPIOS CHARTER.
The new company owners, Vassilis Tsinteris and Ulrich Kilp, both technically experienced, long-standing sailors will manage the fortunes of SKORPIOS CHARTER in the future. Vasilis Tsinteris, already known since many years to our regular customers as a reliable base manager, was born in Greece and speaks fluent German and English thanks to his university time in Germany. Ulrich Klip, a certified appraiser expert and passionate sailor in the Ionian Sea for decades, has been involved in the company already for more than 15 years with his yachts.
Both are ensuring that the yachts are in perfect condition from 2024 and that you can enjoy futhermore a save and unforgettable sailing holiday us.
