The family-run company Skorpios Charter EPE has been guaranteeing professional service and personalised support for your sailing trip since 1986. There has been a change of ownership at the company since January 2024. Vasilis Tsinteris as COO, whom you have come to know and appreciate as a reliable base manager for many years, has taken over the helm of SKORPIOS CHARTER EPE in Nydri together with Ulrich Kilp as CEO.
Modern, perfectly maintained sailing yachts from 30 to 46 feet offer crews of two to eight people an unforgettable sailing experience.
Their technical condition and high-quality equipment fulfil the highest standards. For the good maintenance of our exclusive and individually equipped yachts at owner level, the magazine “Yacht” in germany has repeatedly listed us among the best providers in the Mediterranean.
The pontoon base and the base office with its own workshop is located in Nydri, on the east side of the island of Lefkada, half an hour (35 km) from Preveza – PVK/Aktio airport. Direct flights from several European cities allow a comfortable journey. We can organise your transfer to and from the airport on request.
Since June 2024 we are official SERVICE PARTNER of BAVARIA YACHTS.

Vasilis Tsinteris
New COO since 2024 and long-standing base manager of the company SKORPIOS CHARTER in Nydri. Thanks to his studies in Germany and his professional experience as a military jet pilot, he is an extremely technically experienced contact person for all matters relating to yachts. He is looking forward to the new task of leading the SKORPIOS CHARTER company into the next generation.
Ulrich Kilp
As the new CEO since January 2024 his was already an important partner of SKORPIOS CHARTER as a frequent investor for more than 15 years right now. As a state-certified appraiser, he also has extensive technically expertise in all aspects of yachts. He has been dedicated to sailing since his school days and has now turned his hobby into a profession. As a long-time, self-employed entrepreneur, he is now working as a merchant for a secure future for the company SKORPIOS CHARTER.

Being a sailor for more than thirty years he knows the merits of the area and those of our English customers at its best.
Zoe Antonatou
The base manager and heart and soul of our baseoffice. She is also the perfect contact person for SKORPIOS CHARTER customers on site in Nydri. Responsible for ensuring that you feel comfortable on board, but also for all the formalities surrounding your trip: This includes professional, meticulous cooperation with the port authorities, organizing the arrival and departure of our sailing friends, reservations in ports and much, much more more. She speaks English and Italian fluently.
Jannis Ferentinos
Our comprehensively competent mechanic for many years already, who combines individuality with solution-oriented experience. He knows many tricks and tips about yachts and implements them with heart and mind. An indispensable part of the SKORPIOS CHARTER company. A great asset to our own workshop. In collaboration with Vasilis Tsinteris, an unbeatable technical team! He speaks fluently english.
